All of the staff are fully qualified and all hold a current paediatric first aid.
All staff attend regular training throughout the year to further their knowledge and skills.
We also have inset days to enhance their practice using specialised outside agencies and providers.
All our practitioners use their knowledge, experience and learning opportunities to enhance and strengthen the children’s development.
The practitioners like to build positive parental partnerships as this supports relationships between keyworkers, children and parents/ carers. This also enhances the involvement and wellbeing of the child at the setting.
